Nunda Sauce for pasta/rice

3 T. Margarine
1 cup milk

2 T. Parmesan Cheese

Simmer in small saucepan. Add 1/4 cup Nunda Mustard (Tangy, Garlic or Peppercorn are best)
Stir till thick. Serve over cooked pasta or rice.

Nunda Veggie Casserole

1# Bow Tie Pasta cooked al dente
1 medium zucchini squash cubed
1 medium yellow summer squash cubed
1 small onion chopped
1 medium tomato diced

1/2 cup Nunda Mustard
(Tangy, Garlic or Peppercorn are best)
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Put pasta, squash, onion in a 13×9 casserole dish.
Mix together milk, and mustard and pour into dish.
Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

Grandma’s Potato Salad

3 cups boiled potatoes cubed

2 hard boiled eggs sliced
1 stalk celery diced
1 small green pepper diced
1 small onion diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 T Peppercorn Nunda Mustard
Dash of milk
Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix mayonnaise, milk, and Nunda Mustard in bowl.  Stir in potatoes, celery, peppers, and onions.  Top with sliced eggs and paprika
